Omnidian, a Seattle startup that manages solar power performance and services panels for commercial and residential installations, announced the acquisition of Solar Service Guys, a company based in Australia that describes itself as the country’s largest solar service network.
- The deal will boost Omnidian’s presence in Australia, the world’s leading solar market per capita, according to the company.
- Solar Service Guys, founded in 2006, will operate as a fully integrated subsidiary of Omnidian.
- Omnidian, which has more than 260 employees, raised $25 million in 2023. Its software remotely detects performance issues for solar installations. The company is ranked No. 52 on the GeekWire 200, our list of top tech startups across the Pacific Northwest.
